Just curious. Did anyone who ordered a PLUS 256 MB who got charged on Friday, actually get a shipping label from UPS or see their order change to shipped? I see some 32's and 128's who were charged on Friday get their label, but i can't say I've seen anyone with a 256 say they have (unless I've missed it).
Yes, that's around the same time I ordered too. I called right around 3am and they couldn't take any orders, systems were down, so I waited til later on that morning. This is the first time in all the iPhone launches that I didn't receive it at launch or the first week after.

Tried to order over the phone when preorders went live but the T-Mobile computers were screwed so my order was placed around 8am Central time. Original ESD was November.
Last week I got in contact with the executive support team and explained the situation and they've since moved my order up in the queue to where it would've been if the order was entered when I first called.
Hopefully I'll get charged this week but I haven't see a lot of JB movement from T-Mobile. *fingers crossed*
It just means they haven't created a label for you yet, their is nothing more you can do. It will show up once they have created it.i have my ups choice set up and i was charged friday but i don't see a label...am I doing something wrong?

Not sure if this has been discussed, but I see the text on the upgrade promotion now says you need to enroll in T-Mobile One to qualify. That wasn't the case during pre-orders, so has anyone been able to verify that those who ordered before the change get to stay on their current plan?
well that is strange...I was charged about 25 mins before you, and I have a label. Shows an estimated delivery date of 9/26 by end of day. I see two flights this afternoon from SDF to PDX with UPS, so hoping I see it on one of those flights so the delivery date is firmed up-need to work from home if it is going to be delivered.I spent 36 minutes on the phone with tmobile since I haven't gotten a tracking number for my order. It is ready for shipment and will ship out on Monday for a Tuesday delivery.
I was charged Friday 9/23 at 2:40PM pst. He said since I was charged at 2:40PM it was passed the UPS pick up window so it will be processed the next business day aka Monday for Tuesday delivery.

I already got use to it hahaMake sure that the Apple store will actually let you buy the phone from them, since they have said that reservations are only for those who are a part of the iPhone Upgrade Program due to so many people canceling their pre-orders and making reservations instead. In other words, those who have been canceling and reserving are basically getting their phones before those who were in the IUP.

You can't go to apple if you want a replacement.. you can try maybe they will help you out but call them up first to save you a trip. you have to go through tmobile online which sucks. Never again will order a phone online.Only started using mine yesterday. There is definitely a low level hissing of hissing when playing back video. The room could be totally quiet, but it's still there. Will contact Apple and see what the recommendation is. I tested it against the 6S plus which also has a hiss but is barely noticeable. The 7 Plus sounds several times louder and is quite noticeable.
Also, I was surprised how hot the phone got when restoring from a backup. After installing all the apps it cooled down pretty quickly.
I'm in the earlier shipping window and have not been charged and had both of those things verified. They're just slow.Seriously, those of you in the 9/27 to 10/10 window that have not had their cards charged, either your card was declined or your billing address doesn't match the shipping address. Contact T-Mobile asap
