I was charged on Saturday for my 128 7+ Jb. My choice shows "ready for UPS" but estimated delivery is today. Seems weird for it to be delivered today if it's still in that status. Anyone else seeing that?

Same phone. Same charge date same messages you received. 99.9% sure won't get today. T-Mobile says high demand blah blah for not shipping it yesterday
 
I just looked at the preorder thread on the T-Mobile subreddit and a lot of people who ordered the 32 gb black 7+ just got charged. While it's not what I ordered, it's nice to see things are starting to speed along a bit.

I preordered mine 9/9 at 12:11. Expected ship date of 9/27 to 10/24

Still "Being Processed" and it's pretty disappointing.

Called T-mobile today and no definitive answer, just saying the same stuff that's written on the order status page.

No charge on my card at all or any updates whatsoever.

I just want my phone :(

iPhone 7 plus JB 128gb

Switching from ATT to T-Mobile. Not really sure what to expect from here on out.

So quick recap and update on my order

128MB+ Placed in store 9/9 at 10am PST
Contacted exec support three times over the past few days, no responses at all until Art replied to my DM on twitter once to ask what was wrong- nothing since then.

I went back to my account to review everything, and it looks like the order was never actually placed until 9/11 now- despite being present in the store at 9/9. My rep there messed up my email address and sent my EIP to a wrong email address. I'm wondering if this is what caused my order date to slip back, despite what I've seen about people saying that the EIP sign date doesn't affect your ship date.

DM'd Art once more to see what he thought and he hasn't replied still.
No charge yet for me.
 
Quick question.. So yes i have been here for 730 pages, but it was kind of up in the air for a while about the shipping times . When its shipped does it take 2 days or is it overnighted to you?

Yes. what happened when you contact apple? Mine come through during video recordings and its annoying. Are you planning to exchange it with t-mobile?
I wonder if it is more of a matte black issue. That's why I'm wondering what colors have the issue. I'm assuming though that ones being sent out now are just going to have the issue too. So I am also debating just waiting a few weeks until they manufacture new ones. I am going to try T-mobile to see what they say but I also have a case open in apple so it is on record

it depends really, seeing as how most these flights won't get into 1-3 AM EST, they probably would go out that day later on and you would get them thursday.

It is overnighted once the phone is in UPS's hands. Until then it could take anywhere between 1-4 days from what we have seen with other people. It took 2 business days and 2 weekend days for mine. So look for origin scan. Once that happens, you are clear! Were you charged finally?

From what I've seen, it can take up to two business days for UPS to receive the package, but once an origin scan shows up on the tracking, you should get it the next day.

Just happened to bump into the UPS guy on my way to turn on the sprinklers... guess it's time to pack up the "old" 6S Plus (even though T-mobile - AGAIN - didn't provide the shipping envelope) and send it in. The entire house is on 7s now: wife RG, daughter JB, and mine pictured.

It's been real... see you guys next year for the 7S/8. Kylee and Nate - I'm rooting for you!

Hey guys, this is a bit off topic but I sent in my iphone 6 with T-Mobile's Pre-Paid label last Weds. along with my brothers to T-Mobile. They were in two different packages, but were dropped off at the same time, at the same place, and were going to the same location.

My brother's package was delivered and his account was credited yesterday while my package is still stuck in "Acceptance" status with USPS. Has anyone ever had this issue? Any tips?

I do not want to be out an iphone6 while also having to pay full price for the 7 when it's supposed to be free.

Got a call from executive customer service from art lucero's team and they told me that my 128gb mb 7+ was moved to top priority which means once they receive the phone they will ship out right away instead of waiting for my 10/11-24 ship dates cause of all the Mumbai jumbo lies I was told.
Sounds like another piece of "Mumbai jumbo."
