I just talked to a t-mobile representative and they said my dates have moved to November-December. I asked her why if I was originally given 9//27-10/10 and she said that's only if they had them so as of right now they're back ordered. So what is the point of preordering?

I'm sure if you called and spoke to another representative you would get a completely different answer. It sounded like she was giving you the dates as if you ordered your phone today. Trust me they are almost clueless about this. I have a lot of friends who work for the T-Mobile call center here in Richmond and they aren't being told anything about when people are going to get their phones. This is why you hear 20 different answers about this specific question.

Wrong forum bud. You ordered from Apple, try our Apple jet black pre-order thread. This is for ppl who ordered from T-Mobile. They have different groups and words to describe shipping over there, in Apple land.

take that "info" with a grain of salt LOL she probably had no idea what to tell you and just went with whatever to get you off the phone :(
 
I am in the same boat as both of you. I think the reason is three fold. One is over the obvious ordering issues and lack of care of T-Mobile as a reliable, existing customer. Two is not receiving the phone during the initial release hype when it felt like something cool and exciting. But now that the reviews have come out and it is apparent the differences between models is not huge, the excitement is dwindling. And I honestly think with each passing day, this becomes more obvious. And finally, I was already so on the fence about keeping Jump since the phones haven't been all that different between models, but since I'd already paid for it all year, I knew I should just go ahead and upgrade. I hope it comes quick because I feel like if it takes until the end of the month, I may honestly regret the purchase when that charge comes through.

So nothing is showing up on ups app or website or tmobile for my order. Maybe i wasnt part of the batch yesterday

I wouldn't lose hope, the app only recently started showing info for me; it says the label was created yesterday but nothing was showing when I checked (until now). I think they just have a very crappy system overloaded with so many orders. Stay on the lookout for your phone, it might be delivered between today and tomorrow!

Where are you seeing the 7 going to Alaska? I only see the two and then the 8-9 headed to Louisville tonight/tomorrow.
Yeah I've seen that too, not sure where the extra planes are from (or if they are already there) but theres currently 7 heading to Alaska.
