Carrier iPhone 7/7+ T-Mobile Pre-Order Thread

Whats the point of a Pre-order if people can order them when their actually released and get sooner ship dates than mine?

Anyways my estimated ship date is 11/01-11/30. Jet Black iPhone 7 Plus 128GB Have seen ZERO movement so far so im doubtful ill get it anytime soon...

I have had NO MOVEMENT on my 7+ MB 32GB it's been two weeks smh

That sounds terrible. The part I hated the most about my phone coming later than expected was that I was awake at midnight ordering the damn thing. I hope your phone gets moving soon.

Its so annoying. Its even more annoying T-Mobile wont give us any information. I get that they dont know when the shipments will be in but still... give me something

I know... i was literally up ALL NIGHT long tryinng to order till about 6am....

Bruh... similar experience. I was actually able to preorder through the website minutes after launch started and had the 9/26 window on JB+ 128GB. Signed EIP by 3:30AM EST and all.

After that I went to sleep like a baby. Woke up in the morning to find that the order was cancelled for no explainable reason and had to reorder at my local store around 1PM. Was told I wouldn't lose my place in line yet my window says 11/1 - 11/30 too...

Contacted the executive team on twitter and was supposed to get a call, and nothing...

Wow... id be pissed... yeah i spoke to the executive team and they told me pretty much nothing. All they said was to make sure i have funds in my account for the next TWO months lol and that they dont want to touch my order since theyre already seeing shipping estimates all the way into December.

Yeah same here! I had JOD last year and sent in my order the Sunday of pre orders and got in on launch day. I figured since i actually pre ordered ON the pre order day id have it launch day... not even close...

Deng. Some of your local UPS drivers must be on it! California here, says out for delivery from Ahaheim. Estimated time 1:30pm - 5:30pm & I'm stuck at work till 4. Boo. At least I can go home and test it out. Pup pictures!

Mine is too. I'm having it delivered to work in Santa Ana. I need it to be here before lunch so I can set it up lol

Lol! I forgot about my favorite part!!

I complained on twitter to John Legere and when a Verified twitter account agreed with my post he IGNORED my original post and helped her. She got her iPhone 7 PLUS just days after that.

Wow. That is so crappy. Someone who has authority can fix this. There should be no reason for other companies to get priority. Not cool.

Called t-mobile the first seconds of this pre-order and still no movement on my order. On the phone with them now to cancel my order. Just walked into the apple store and picked up the phone i wanted. Have the iPhone 7+ black in my hands! T-BlOWBiLE SCREWED UP THIS ONE. i'll never purchase a device from them again... lesson learned... peace out

I'm in the same boat as you although I ordered way before you did. I think the 7+ 32GB Black orders are in for the long haul which is completely ridiculous to wait this long. And that text message confirming the ship date is such a slap in the face.

Awww you guys are from my neck of the woods. I was born in Anaheim and lived all over OC and in Corona. Just moved to CO about 2 months ago.

This is probably a dumb question (this is my first preorder with TMobile), but if I were to walk into Apple wanting to leave with a phone that same day, do I have to pay full price? Every time I've called Apple I'm told I have to pay full retail price since I'm with TMobile o_O

I'm considering cancelling my order. I have a feeling I won't see my JB iPhone7 until December at this rate.
