I just ordered this model and I am in the December 12 time-slot.

I don't think 10/15-11/30 is an actual date range.
 
Agreeing with a few of you that said 11/1 - 11/30 was a date given to a large order window, so that's why we have hope. We also have hope because (like I have said in the past) a few 11/1-11/30 have indeed already received their orders.. I ordered as early as tmobile would allow me to with them using their grandmas computer systems to place the order. BTW Good morning to all of you. I feel you are all my children at this point since I am now an elder in this thread being here so long with no damn phone; disappointed as can be.

The only people that are in that date range receiving their orders are ones where the executive team moved their order based on some catastrophic failure at TMO. They don't move a lot of orders but when there was gross error on TMOs side, they do. So those people that had original ESDs in November were given revised dates because they were bumped up in the queue.

Just called 7 local stores. One has a plus. That is it. Everyone else was shocked that one existed there.
They all said mostly the same thing: they never got them, and likely won't get any into late October or November.
Preorder customers first, then remainder is dispatched to stores.

Do tell me about this prioritizing you speak of and how one might go about being prioritized... oh wise one.

Zero iPhone 7s or 7 Plus at any T-Mobile surrounding stores. So annoyed. Can't go to apple and can't go to T-Mobile.

If you lived in Chicago bro you can get your hands on a 32 GB MB + right now, 4 stores have them in stock and surrounding burbs. smh.
