You paid? I thought that was included in the pre order? Mine set for UPS Next Day Air but I did not for the shipping.

Just spoke with a T-Mobile rep from the "executive department" on twitter after tweeting John (CEO) . I was told that I would receive free overnight shipping. After my shipping info was updated this morning it was listed as 3 day. He just wrote back saying he would personally call ups and get it changed to over night and gave me a 50 dollar bill credit. Said he will email within the next few hours with updated shipping number if UPS has to change it. So hopefully I'll see my phone by Tuesday. But hey I've gotten 110.00 in credits so far.

I am I have both of those on order with the same shipping dates.I order on 9/20 iPhone 7+ 32gb black and iPhone 7+ 32gb rose gold with estimate 11/1 and 11/1 -12/15 anyone in the same boat ??
There is only one plane heading from South Korea today. That isn't too promising for a CC charge.
You should they seem to be so much better than the reps. Could be the same people but I just get reliable answers and help with themThat's awesome! I def need to do that. Currently have 7-10 day ground. I was told my order had to be cancelled and replaced just to change shipping. Of course that would mean going to the back of the line, even though it was their screw-up. My phone doesn't even exist yet, so I don't see why shipping can't be altered.
