Just spoke with a T-Mobile rep from the "executive department" on twitter after tweeting John (CEO) . I was told that I would receive free overnight shipping. After my shipping info was updated this morning it was listed as 3 day. He just wrote back saying he would personally call ups and get it changed to over night and gave me a 50 dollar bill credit. Said he will email within the next few hours with updated shipping number if UPS has to change it. So hopefully I'll see my phone by Tuesday. But hey I've gotten 110.00 in credits so far.
Looks like yesterday morning but they just sent me the text and tracking this morning for whatever reason.

Maaan. I found out I was signed up for 7-day shipping by mistake when I ordered. When I asked to change it, (since I'm not supposed to get my phone soon anyway,) CC rep smugly said: "sure I can cancel your order and place a new one with next day air...but then you will go to the back of the queue ". There's no way to change even the shipping.
I could understand having to cancel an order to change the actual phone; but to change shipping on a backordered phone? I know I specifically asked for next day to begin with. Last year it was free with JOD anyway. Oh well, if I can wait a month, I can wait another week. Just hope it doesn't get lost or damaged en route.

It happens to me periodically then disappears. T-Mobile website is just spastic. Don't think it really means anything unless you really did just order.

That's awesome! I def need to do that. Currently have 7-10 day ground. I was told my order had to be cancelled and replaced just to change shipping. Of course that would mean going to the back of the line, even though it was their screw-up. My phone doesn't even exist yet, so I don't see why shipping can't be altered.

There is only one plane heading from South Korea today. That isn't too promising for a CC charge.
