I preordered an iPhone 7 plus black 32gb on 9/9 and received it on Monday. I called to enroll in jump on demand and was told that I have to return the iPhone and reorder!! The only way to enroll is to call in or order at a store. I didn't know this and thought I could just call in and enroll once I received the iPhone. I talked to support and escalations and there was nothing they could do. Anybody have any experience like this?

Not the same but a similar issue with the "trade in offer" for my current iphone 6. Ordered a 7+ 32Gb MB on launch night on Tmobile website. Couldn't locate on their website the trade in option. Went to a store on the 9/10, they had to cancel my order and put a new one to add the trade in offer which pushed my estimated delivery date to 11/01-11/30.
I complained and received 20$ credit on my bill.
Still waiting now and order still "being processed".

Right? Grrrrrr! I'm on the phone with T-Mobile right now, seeing what a rep tells me, if they can see anything other than "Processing" which is all I see now. The rep said that he can see based on my account status that the warehouse has received my phone and it's getting ready to ship - he said he knows that because they have a tool that allows them to update or modify orders and my order will not allow for that, since a phone has already been allotted for shipment. He says that we may experience some delays due to the storm situation they are having there and I asked where it was being shipped from and he said North Carolina?

I thought all shipments come out of Kentucky? I guess the states are next door to each other. I will just have to be patient and hope I receive next Monday or Tuesday!

Hate to hear that. I think that happened to NateAtLarge too. Can't recall if his contact with service helped. Hoping yours moves today.

Soooo where's this mass shipment we were supposed to get? This whole order ordeal has been messy and tiring. No kind of organization with it, it appears
Everything is a mess. Orderes are being shipped out at a random rate. Rep told me that RG is very backoredred and wouldn't ship till the middle of Nov.
