Jet Black Plus 128 Gb. Regular upgrade. Ordered in store on 9/11 around 6pm. Charged and shipped yesterday Oct 7. Est was 11/01-11/30

Edit: First of all Congrats And thanks for taking the time to post this information I got Order confirmation number 2 days before yours. Well hopefully mine doesnt have to wait till November. I was thinking of cancelling my order once December started, that thought is out the window now - almost Crossing fingers Note: mine is exact same order as yours Jet Black Plus 128 Gb - only difference is I ordered through phone on 9/9... which is 2 days before you.

Note: I totally missed the date, I received order confirmation number on 9/9 not 9/11. If you are ok with it could you please share the first 6 digits of your order number excluding the 'S'? For example mine starts with S017456xxx. Just so ill know if the order number value is greater than mine or less.

Those screen protectors are junk imo. I put one on my wife's 7 when it came in and it shattered after falling off the bed onto the carpet.

I've been using them since my 6 and 6+ and never had any issues with them.

I tried that. They're telling me my rose gold is still on back order hence the reason they pushed my dates back. Then the rep told me I've always had these new dates. The 09/27-10/10 was for a previous cancelled order. I told her no it wasn't. I looked at that app everyday for updates. They just changed it a couple days ago. I think they just need some proper training because whatever they have going on isn't cutting it. I went ahead and mentioned that to the executives as well and was informed that they agree the way they went about training caused a lot of confusion with this launch because they fit weeks of training into a 3 day crash course basically. Figures...

I still have my fingers crossed Rose Gold see some love this week.

Mine too ! 7 plus Jet black 256 GB ! placed on 9/23. I had a lady call me up from t mobile. I am a business customer and she said they try to handle business orders first. Yeah right. Anyway I told her to secretly ship me one. lol. $am this morning I was charged and then the shipping label was created . Status changed to ship. Arrives Monday so far but no movement.

I have a business account and I'm pretty sure that does not add priority to this process. Wish it did

I'm dying for one of those!!!! And I just asked a rep and she claims they don't do charges on the weekends but I feel like the lie detector determined that was a lie

I could have sworn I saw a post where someone said they were charged on a Saturday. With tomorrow being a holiday I wonder if we will see any charges?

Just got a shipping confirmation for my back ordered 256 GB matte black 7+ est deliver was 10/18-11/1.
It is a replacement device for one I got in store, but definitely came fast as order wasn't placed by executive response team until 10/1.

I've spoke with 4 different reps in 2 days and they all said something different. I'm just going to continue to go by my estimated ship dates and if they change my dates then I'll just cancel my order.

Spigen is a good company. Cheap and offers a lot of protection.

These are really good! Currently have one for my 6; dropped so many times and protects it very well! Can't wait to put it on my 7+
