Carrier iPhone 7/7+ T-Mobile Pre-Order Thread

Well, I decided to check TMobile.com for the millionth time and my order status has changed to shipped (I haven't been checking my bank account to see if had been charged). Tracking number doesn't even come up on UPS's website.

Ordered and signed EIP on 9/14 (original order was 9/10, but rep ordered wrong color).
Guess I was charged yesterday or early today.
Shipped today.
Silver 7+ 128GB.

Haha, thanks. I wish my app actually did say something. The TMobile app is useless for me. It only shows me go to account info, battery saving tips, and local stores. I cant even see my bill or chat on it.

Get this. So I'm a sales rep at T-Mobile and a customer that I helped preorder the iPhone 7 Plus MB 128GB on 9/15 came in today showing me her brand new iPhone and asked if I could help her set it up... I was a little salty that she got hers before me :(

I guess you don't know anything more about how those delivery works ? Also what's 230xxx order number is? Why is different than the typical s017xxx

No one really knows. We used to think differentiations were JOD, upgrade, new lines, preorders (before or after 9/16). Now we have no clue.

Yeah going to be completely honest, as a sales rep at T-Mobile, we don't have anymore more knowledge than consumers when it comes to orders. I'm just as clueless as everyone on how T-Mobile processes these orders.

Next year I'm gonna try to order on the pre-order day next year but it might take forever next year also who knows I just hope it will be better next year

When I talked to the executives I told them how unorganized this whole ordeal was and they need to come harder and more prepared next year. He agreed they dropped the ball so let's so how next year goes. Fingers crossed
