Beautiful! I am far too abusive/clumsy with my iPhones to keep one that way. Lol. I'll stick with the matte aluminum as long as I can.

I imagine a skin might make it a really snug fit. Not so sure, but you may want to call the company.
The feel of the JB is so tacky, I can hold it with thumb on front, fingers on back and be very confident it won't slip.
If I start to see people with the 10/18-10/25 date get charged, I think I'll cancel my order and order again to get the earlier ship date.
I'm not able to read through most of this thread right now but has anyone who ordered a JB 128gb 7+ with a 11/1-11/30 ship date gotten their phone yet?
So what does it mean when you get charged? That it'll ship? My account was charged 10/11 but right now it says my "order is on hold" I expect that to change soon as I had to resolve some issues with my bank.

you will get it soon, do not worry... Charge on your account is still pending and will not hit your account till it's shipped
no from my experience they will kick you to the next window so basically you get bumped back a week. my original ship date was 9/27-10/10 mess up with my card then then bumped me back a week i got charged on 10/11 and a tracking number but no movement on the phone.

256GB ship faster only because of the smaller demand due to higher price.
You have a point; I can't complain about a phone that works perfectly...sometimes I feel like an ass for worrying about such firstworld problems in general

Have you been charged? And does it say "backordered "? People in similar situations have been getting theirs shipped out even though it says backordered, I've heard. The higher capacity phones have been shipping out pretty quickly, so unless they change your ESD you should get it soon--Probably before me, (RG+ on 9-16).

The demand for the 256GB isn't there, I highly doubt they are prioritizing a model just to make more money. The average consumer is gonna be okay with 32GB, if they want more memory the 128GB is the better bang for your buck since it's 4 times bigger than the 32GB for only $100 more. Compared to the 256GB model which is only double of the 128GB for $100.I kinda feel like they are shipping 256GB faster on purpose to get that extra $100. They know people are going to order that one when they see the shipping dates are shorter than 32 or 128gb
Got through to a rep around 12:40 PDT on 9/9. Due to the system being down I was unable to complete the order. Rep took my CC info and said shed call me back around 9am PDT. She did, and completed the orders at 8:58 and 9:03 am PDT according to the email confirmations.
