When is the last chance to have the package held at a hub? If I can get my package early then I think I'd rather just pick it up

He said people that ordered after me definitely received their devices before me. He apologized, offered a bill credit, and said I should have my phone within 2 days. He also said he reached out to the warehouse to see if there was an issue holding things up and would contact me again. Definitely a first rate response and they did a great job handling it.

Update: Phone has shipped and is scheduled for delivery today!!

I tried finding the answer but couldn't. If I want it held at the hub, I change delivery as soon as I have a label printed. There have been times where I have had a package held at the hub and got it earlier since it didn't have to be delivered. UPS delivers at my house between 7pm-8pm. I rather have my package earlier.

Thanks I believe I'll have it today as secaucus is the hub that it goes out for delivery from it all goes well once I see out for delivery I think I'll be camping on the porch lol

Thanks for looking. Since it's estimated for Monday im not sure it holding it will get me it Friday.
