I ordered the same phone 9/9 and still haven't received.

@zi0n There must be some kind of problem with your order. Have you contacted T-Mobile execs yet?? I thought all the 9/9s were gone... Try to contact them via Twitter, Facebook, Spaceship...SOMETHING..

I ordered the 7 plus 32GB Rose Gold. Order date : Sep 24 & my order status on T-mobile's website is still "backordered". I don't know when it will ship to me since I've waited for a month .
By the way, congrats to those who already got your new phones in hands !

I know the 32gb of every color is in more demand than the 128gb and 256gb, so they'll more than likely ship closer to their estimated ship dates. I contact Art Lucero twice and had someone from his team double check my account to make sure there was nothing holding my phone up and sure enough my JUMP! upgrade was holding it up. Next year the best thing you can do is either order through Apple or order the largest storage size of your color which is what I did.

I did. Got called from the exec team, got credited on 10/21 for $50. Was told to call back on 10/24 if it didn't ship yet. It didn't ship. I called back, waiting for a call back from the team YET again.

Looks like Tmobile upgraded my shipping too. I originally chose 7 day ground and they upgraded to 3 day. But actually came overnight from when it finally left UPS in KY>

How do we know if our order status is backordered? When I log onto "My T-Mobile" my alerts says "Order in Progress"
I'm not to sure if thats a good sign or not. *First time ordering at T-Mobile and being a customer, thanks!

So how do install sim when you get your phone? Do you have to take it into tmobile?

No just put in your old sim into your iPhone 7 and the new one that came in the phone just return it to them IG that's what I did
