Ok now I'm annoyed. Got information sent on My Choice UPS, and T-Mobile returned the money for the phone back to my account...what the heck?!

The transaction isn't even showing anymore on my bank account...I'm so upset...this is not how I wanted to wake up on thanksgiving...I hate T-Mobile...I'll never get my phone...

That blows. Have you contacted tmobile or your bank to see what might have happened? You migth have to wait after the holiday though.

When you get charged it means the phone is about to ship. Maybe there was a hold up or they realized there was no phone to ship?

Hopefully you get it monday! I would ask for overnight shipping after all this mess.

I talked to T-Mobile and Chase bank and they claim I was never "refunded" the money and that it's still being debited from my account. The T-Mobile rep said the order is still there and that there's no record of them declining or returning payment, so she said it's a soft hold on the funds until the phone actually leaves the warehouse.

They also don't have the tracking number but my UPS account shows one. Gah so confusing it's too early to be this confused lol

Oh ya! I asked for them to change the shipping and they said sure but they'll have to cancel my order and place a new one. Shame shame T-Mobile...haha

Still haven't received my phone. No update on UPS. Called T-Mobile and they said UPS probably hasn't received the phone yet to ship. Gave me $20 credit to my bill and will call me on 11/30 for an update. I regret switching over to T-Mobile from AT&T. 6 years and never had any issue. I'm at the point where I may just want to cancel the phone and wait till next year.

I called complaining about thre same thing and they didn't credit my account. They never have *rolls eyes*

BUT hopefully you see some movement on UPS soon! Mine is still in "order processed: ready for ups" limbo too.

Thanks. You too. Just frustrated to a point where I might just cancel it and get the new model next year.

I'm pretty frustrated too. It's just annoying that they're taking so long. And whenever you speak to a rep they never have the same answers. They never know what they're talking about :confused:

I'd switch carriers but my husband is the one that pays the bill and he's an Android person so he doesn't know the iPhone struggle lol :D

Calm down. This is what happens when someone pre-auths your account. They will disappear and reappear when it is finalized. This usually happens within 24 hours. CHILL OUT your phone is on its way.

Just wanted to update those of you that are still on here. Neither T-Mobile nor UPS have any idea where my phone is at at this point. Sometimes they say I was never charged, sometimes they say my phone is on backorder still, sometimes they say I was given a tracking number on accident, etc. So, I give up inquiring about it. It'll get here when it gets here.

Didn't expect to find more people from September order still here ... sorry to see such a delay

From my side I just ordered my wife one with the thanks giving offer and the phone will be here next Thursday

Ordered iPhone 7+ gold 32 Gb on Friday 11/25
Charged right after the order
As today no tracking number from T-Mobile but ups my choice updated with tracking number and shipping information. I was able to get free ground shipping so phone will be here on 12/1

Switched over to T-Mobile from Sprint yesterday. Ported over 4 lines. 2 have Galaxy S7's, and 1 will have my Jet Black 128GB iPhone 7 Plus (So Excited!). But that had to ship from the warehouse so they gave me a FREE LG Stylo 2 Plus, with no EIP and obviously the fourth line is free! We didn't even have to pay sales tax. And I get to keep it even after my iPhone arrives.

Speaking of shipping, I've heard some great tales from above my post. What should I expect, if we placed the order yesterday, November 27th?

Seems like they really took care of you.
Did they give you an estimated shipping date bracket? Or you can google "T-Mobile shipping dates" and find the phone you ordered and it'll show you the dates there.

Tina at the T-Mobile store gave me an estimated ship date of 12/4 to 12/12. Assuming that delivery is the worst case scenario, my phone would be here on the 26th (the day after Christmas).

It shouldn't take that long, right?

I don't think you'll get it after Christmas, I think by the 4th you'll see some movement because my bracket is 11/28-12/19 and on 11/28 is when it finally marked as shipped. Maybe in a week! :)
