It's not lame because the phone never had legs in the first place.
It's not about seeing the pixels, it's about how sharp a screen looks. I can't see pixels in the 6s either, but I can tell 1080p phones are much sharper, since it's 2x the resolution.Once you go past a certain ppi its pretty hard to see the pixels anyway.
I have a hard time seeing any pixels on my 6S 4.7. I had a 6 Plus before and to me I cant tell the different besides size.
Hmm both were sharp to me, maybe if I had them side by side It would look better to me.It's not about seeing the pixels, it's about how sharp a screen looks. I can't see pixels in the 6s either, but I can tell 1080p phones are much sharper, since it's 2x the resolution.
But it's from a carrier website, and in carrier website, the RAM is usually displayed under a phone specs, maybe they got their hands on the real iPhone 7 or they might have internal sources..
Not on VZW, ATT, or TMO.I've never seen a carrier website report how much RAM an iPhone has. How storage - yes, but not RAM. Have any examples of carriers showing 6s or 6s+ RAM?
Maybe it's not practice in USA but at least here (Sweden) carriers show amount of RAM.I've never seen a carrier website report how much RAM an iPhone has. How storage - yes, but not RAM. Have any examples of carriers showing 6s or 6s+ RAM?

Took me a moment to figure out wha you were saying there with the double negatives, but I take you were saying that every non-S version after the 3G had some sort of a screen change (and that this upcoming one might be the first one since that time that might not have something like that). It's possible, or perhaps something will change. I guess it somewhat depends on what the next year's iPhone will be like and if that one is going to be a much bigger change as rumored, which kind of changes the model cycles for Apple anyway. No resolution or size increase on the display has not happened on a non-S iPhone since the 3G. Disappointing if true. While the 5K iMac remains ahead of the competition, the iPhone is sadly behind.
Looks like the most appealing aspect of this iPhone for me will be the black color option. Although I'm sure this year's keynote will be very camera-focused, and camera improvements are always nice.
I picked a good year to skip the upgrade.
Yeah so it shouldn't be to surprising if other carriers in Europe do the same.Interesting.

The current battery in the 6S is 1715mAh.Same size battery?
Good if that's the caseThe current battery in the 6S is 1715mAh.
This rumored battery for the 7 is 1960mAh.
Size? Hard to say how much "vastly superior" the Plus will be this time around either. At this point I wonder why Apple even makes a non-Plus iPhone. Look at how much vastly superior the Plus will be this time around.
