iPhone 7 Plus mics not working at all

Hello. If I can't record any sound on 7 Plus and also nobody can hear me when calling (even on headphones), could it be a problem with iPhone's logic board? Has anyone any experience with such an issue?

Known audio IC issue. Take it to a reputable repair shop to replace the pad. It’s about $100.
