Seriously???!!!
The camera is a tool. It's the photographer that holds the camera that makes the difference. You must be looking at basic samples and drawing the wrong conclusions.
The fact that we can now shoot RAW files from the iPhone is pretty darn sweet!!

Well go get a galaxy note 7 or the new Google pixel phone then if you're that worried about it. Or just continue shooting with your iPhone 5s. Just find something that will make you happy because complaining to this form really isn't going to do you any good.

I have a 6s. I was just saying. It's great because the saying is 'the best camera is the one you have with you'. but for that i'd rather bring my canon in a backpack if i'm bike riding or something. but if I'm out with someone sometimes all you have is your phone. for hobbyist who are into photography would know. sometimes its better if you have a real camera with you. there was someone on engadget who reviewed the new sony a99II. their new full frame a-mount camera, 3grand for the body and was testing it with 2 lenses that were 2 grand or more. still took 'crappy' test photos.

all the money in the world with camera equipment can't make you take better pictures if you don't know what you're doing.

Is that actual raw file?

That one wasn't. The raw files I shoot are usually in better light, otherwise there would be too much noise in low light. I haven't tried it yet, but if i shoot raw in this low of light, I'll need to set the ISO to 100 or lower. I tend to use ProCamera 10 with the lowlight option as it produces a very clean image with 60 stacks and there is no noise. Soon I'll try raw on the skyline and see how it does. However ProCamera 10 is hard to beat with its lowlight mode.

I haven't used Pro light. So would that app allow help with high ISO?

It's not Pro Light, it is ProCamera and within the app is lowlight mode. Here is the app
ProCamera. by Cocologics

Using this app in lowlight mode will clean up a high ISO image. That is unfortunately a $2.99 in app purchase. You just have to hold still while it takes the photo.
