You can upgrade through Best Buy as well. You can check the website. It will ask for your carrier information and number to verify you can do it.

i don't think you can do this if you're going through the sprint upgrade program/iPhone forever program, which is why I had to go through slow sprint

Yea I'm not sure about that either...i can say im happy we are approaching that window...the 9th is nearly here
 
I ordered my JB 7+ on 9/16 and I still haven't got any info or tracking info on mine it's about to be 2 months I'm getting very upset...IDK

My mom ordered one on 9/10. Received tracking last night. Supposed to be delivered 11/11. Hopefully your tracking comes soon.

I'm on the same boat as you, ordered 9/16 at 9am est. 128gb jet black been stuck at awaiting shipping since I've purchased.
 
I just got the email saying my phone has shipped..ordered Oct 3rd iphone 7+ 128GB Black projected ship date range 11/9-11/23
 
I ordered my matte black 128gb 7+ on 11/6 around 3pm. I have only been getting emails saying your phone will be here before you know it. Yea......still waiting on that email or phone call from the sprint store.
