iPhone Air iPhone Air 4K video recording: maximum time?

I guess Apple has capped 4K video recording on the Air in the stores units, since it stops recording at 2 minutes.

In real life, how long have you users been able to record until it stops due to overheating?

For interviews, 4K/30 is recommended on the iPhone Air. I'd say could get 60 minutes to 90 minutes.

I'm looking for someone who has at least recorded more than 10 minutes of 4K video. Maybe in a concert or whatever. But would like to have confirmation.

I can only vouch for up to 5 minutes at 4k 30fps, which I've only done a couple times, and not in direct sunlight. No issues as far as I can remember. I don't even remember it getting hot, but then again I generally don't notice if/when my Air gets hot since most of the heat comes from the plateau which I don't touch often. It usually has to be extremely hot for me to notice, so I don't think it got extremely hot while shooting the video. But I wouldn't fully trust my memory, you should try to get more confirmation.
But I'll say I'd think there would be more noise online if the Air overheated dramatically in only 10 minutes of video recording. Then again maybe that much recording is not common.

I know some people record their kids' entire basketball games (but they might stop for time outs and in between quarters, not sure). Same is probably true of kids' concerts, plays, etc. But maybe those people usually buy phones with more camera lenses (especially telephoto). So it might be that the Venn diagram overlap of Air owners who take long video is very small.

Also true. All parents I see have iPhones Pros.
