IPHONE 6 problem

I've had my iphone 6 for two weeks where on 27 march it turned itself off, and I held the two buttons for several seconds to re-boot the phone, but come saturday after switching the alarm off at 8.30am it turned itself off, but this time wouldn't turn back on, :( so went to EE shop in folkestone where the young girl tried the same thing to no avail, rang EE who told me to go back to the shop to exchange, but shop told me they can't because bought online, they tried to restore phone from itunes, but phone locked out, so rang EE again for the third time, and after disabling find my phone app got a exchange on sunday morning, and a slight refund, so not great technology from apple or advice from EE at first.:p
