People think the the 2020 5.4" iPhone will be smaller because of that number, but they're assuming its going to be narrow like the current X phones. I think it's going to be closer to the more standard sized 5.5" iPhone Plus without bezels. So screen size will be wider, but not as tall and actually bigger and better for 16:9 video.
Was really torn between waiting another year vs getting the 11 Pro. But ultimately upgrading this year as I don't like getting the first versions of a redesign. Historically, the first iterations just don't age as well as the S-upgrades.

Both aged much poorer than the 6S/7 and 11. The 6S is still quite usable today aside from battery life. Meanwhile, the 6 was already feeling outdated two years ago. And the X despite having a new design did not wow me internally, nor did its camera.
