What phone and iOS? Are you jailbroken?

Same thing happened to me a few weeks ago but I'm not jailbroken.

iOS 9.3.3 and yes I am jailbroken. How did you resolve that? Is that Apple's bug?

This actually happened to me once when I was in 9.3.3 JB. It never occurred again though, probably because now I'm on the 10.2 jailbreak.

Don't know what caused it.
