It depends on your preferences or uses. 128GB is plenty of storage (even 64GB is plenty for me) but, I guess it never hurts to have extra storage especially if you're spending the same amount of money. The A11, A12, and A13 are all really close in speed in real life usage so you'd hardly notice speed differences between the SE (2020) and the XS (and even the 8/8+/X for that matter).
Do you prefer a larger display or a smaller one? Face ID or Touch ID? Gestures or pressing the home button? Which one bothers you more, the notch or bezels? Do you want a dual lens camera or are you totally fine with a single lens?
