I use roughly 50gbs last time I checked. I have the 12 Pro Max Graphite 256GB.

I could have easily made the 128 work, but I always like going for the in between storage. I always got the mid tier option, be it 128 or 256GB. At some point I look for 512 to be the mid option and I will go for that. It's just habit and I don't mind paying extra. Although I guess if 256GB becomes the entry level I might have to reconsider doing that.
I got the 512 GB model in Pacific Blue mainly because I could. For the 1st time in a long time money wasn’t a real object and for the phone I decided to go with the highest end model and biggest storage capacity. The stimulus payment and a bigger than expected tax refund gave me the money to upgrade my three main Apple Devices(I didn’t need the newest iPad or iMac for my useage) Spent a little over $3K back in April upgrading my devices. Also had to purchase a refurbished Windows PC for a possible work at home job. That was less than $300. I don’t use it but I have it if I need it for work at home purpose.

I bought a larger storage for my music but I can’t seem to download tracks past the 15 sec mark

Roughly 50 of the 64 on my iPhone 6s. I've had to manage my storage here and there so the rumored 128 bump for the base 12s/13 lineup is my sweet spot as that will likely be my next phone after all these years with the 6s.

115 of 256 used. Can’t do the base models because I like having original copies of all my photos and videos stored on device.

Of course, I do back up the phone to a computer that automatically does weekly encrypted cloud backups (iDrive).

iPhone 12 Pro Max 72 gb out of 128 gb. My previous iPhones were all 256 gb. I'm contemplating on sticking with 128 gb or upgrading to 256 gb again.
