Having the same problem in a Milwaukee suburb, any ideas anyone?

I would call AT&T and tell them that you are having troubles like we had here in Cincinnati.

I would give them this case number and tell them that what ever the engineers did fixed Cincinnati.

After I opened the case it took about a week but the Engineers fixed it here.
