Does anyone know if the X will recognize more than one face?

I wouldn't be surprised if they did it in the future but there doesn't seem to be any official plans currently

You still have the option to enter a passcode 🙂

Right. Only one face (at a time)

As has been mentioned, when FaceID fails on your face (which is most likely different from your wife's face 😀 ), you will still be able to login with the passcode.
