The problem with trying to fit square or rectangle resolution images for the X style phones, is either some gets cropped off on the sides, or it gets distorted. I'll see what I can do.

OK. When I zoom it up to fit the tall skinny X screen, it crops off the sides like this:

If I try to include the entire image, it looks distorted like this:

Or displayed this way:

There's not really any other way.

This work? The forum cuts the resolution. It should be 1668x2224. Instead, it's 1242x1656. Might still look ok though.

You have to keep in mind, when you try to squeeze these type images into a tall skinny screen, it's going to cut off a lot on the sides.
This is the only one I could get to look good. You need to start with portrait style photos. Square and rectangle images simply don't fit a tall skinny screen well.

OK. I have it for both the X and XS Max. The problem is, a png image with any part transparent, the transparent area will be white when posted on the forum. It won't retain the transparency. I would have to either email it, or send it iMessage.
I just tested a transparent dock wallpaper on my 6s Plus. It just looks gray. You might rather have it the color of the dots on the wallpaper. A blue maybe.
