I think the XR will have at least one more year in their lineup, which I’m sure Apple will want to see how the consumer responds to whatever changes they make in 2019 with trade-ins, maybe lower prices, and in-store services. If consumers respond really well to this, the XR might have a longer lifespan, but it’s difficult to say this early.

I think so, and I doubt they will upgrade the screen resolution, it's sufficient for most people, though I would like to see 1080p myself, at that resolution it would match the old plus phone resolutions which are perfect for anything but VR. It's a very good phone for the price and like others have said it's sold well compared to the other phones.
Definitely agree. We don’t know how Apple will treat the Xʀ. Like the lifespan of the iPhone SE. I felt Apple should have continued that iPhone line personally. I liked and still like the iPhone SE.
Just as the Xʀ. I have the iPhone XS Max and iPhone Xʀ, but I choose the Xʀ daily for some reason. My Max is honestly collecting dust and has been since October. I feel like some days I may go back and use it a little bit, but not at this point for some reason.
