Can the 11 do Portrait photos now since it has two cameras?

If it can’t I think I’ll probably just buy an XS Max myself.

11 has a newer faster processor, a better dual camera and better battery life than the XS. XS has Oled and force touch. Technically the 11 is a better phone but the XS may seem “nicer”

The 11 is a great upgrade on the XS. Remember the cheapest Pro will go down to 5.4” next year and the cheaper models get OLED so it makes a good investment.

Thinking of going from XS Max to 11. Is this an upgrade in terms of specs? I know I’ll be going to LCD, but that doesn’t bother me.

Tough choice. Cannot decide between an XS or an 11. Looks like the XS has the telephoto and the 11 has the ultra wide. I think I will get more benefit from the telephoto as I find most phones too zoomed out. It looks like the 11 has 4gb of ram as well so no difference there. CPU scores are slightly ahead for single core and pretty much the same for multi.

Lol you already believe next September’s rumors? I’m still waiting on the pen support, being able to charge the AirPods on the back of the phone, and the watch sleep tracking, all of which were rumored like last week. So no way I’ll already believe rumors about the 2020 phones.

Apple couldn’t get AirPower to work which had an electrical source supplying it. I’d be astonished if they can get an iPhone to wireless charge another phone or hardware lol.

XS has the nicer build materials and screen but the 11 is better specs, that’s all it comes down to really.
I’m still trying to work out the difference between the 11 and XS. At the moment I don’t see major differences. They have the same ram and the cpu is very similar performance. The 11 has an ultra wide angle length and the Xs has a telephoto. Genuine question as I’m trying to decide between them.

To be fair, wasn't the rumor that the  logo would imply where where to put the AirPods? The entire idea with AirPower was that you should be able to put it ANYWHERE on the charger, which is kind of impossible given how coils work.

It all depends on what and how you use your iPhone for.
Unless you want to wave it around as a fashion accessory.

If you’re just texting/iMessaging taking the odd photo and browsing forums and Facebook Instagram twitter then buy the cheap one or keep what you have.

If it’s a fashion impress your friends choice then go with the expensive one as the price is soon forgotten.

The upgrade is incremental at best. Unless money is no object for you, save yourself some cash and wait.
