The upgrade is incremental at best. Unless money is no object for you, save yourself some cash and wait.

This is the thing, I'll actually be saving money per month by upgrading. I'm on the iUP, so will sell my current XS, pay off the loan and then get an 11, paying 50% less each month.

To me, OLED to 828p LCD is a bigger downgrade than the marginal better processor or the camera. But everyone will have different needs

So I started up iUP with the 7 Plus. I upgraded last year to the XS and thought even if I hold onto my phone for two years, I am still paying Apple constantly. I was thinking of upgrading to the 11 as it will save some money on the monthly and honestly looking at other folk's XR's they were fine.

You'd be a fool to buy an 11 unless you are upgrading from a 6. Wait for 5G.

OP, despite this nuanced and compelling argument, the iPhone 11 is actually a great device. One would be a fool to dismiss it without any justification.

I might trade my XS max for an 11. I doubt I’d miss the OLED and the overall upgraded specs on the 11 along with the reduced price, make it a strong contender.
