Does anyone know of any companies making new cases to fit the size of the new ipod touch 4G?

iPod is a great gadget to have. According to me it is the best in the market. If you are looking to buy new cases for your iPod, make sure that you buy the original product or else the case will not fir your iPod. I would suggest you to search online for some good and quality cases, you will surely find it for a fair price.

huhhhhh????????:confused::confused:

So anyone here have the SwitchEasy Colors case? It looks nice although the home button does look like it would take some getting use to. I like the available colors, the fact that it comes with extra pieces to cover parts you are using, and it actually looks appealing. My worry is it might not protect it well enough and the Sleep/Wake button as well as the volume buttons. Are they responsive with the case on?

Also I don't know if it will be a type of rubber that is a pain in the butt to try and get out of my pocket. The last thing I want is to be fighting to get it out of my pocket.

I currently use the Incase Slider on my older device and although I don't mind it the case has cracked near the bottom where you connect it to charge. It happened last winter so I'm guessing the cold weather we get her in Canada had something to do with it.

I have the colors case, and while it's nice looking, I stopped using it. The silicon is very soft and stretchy and comes off the product often. The buttons are very responsive while the case is on, but it attracts so much dust and lint. Not to mention the fit is very loose for my taste.

Thanks for the reply. Well, I keep my device in my pocket pretty much at all times so I guess that settles that. ;)

Now I'm still looking for a case so anyone care to share some suggestions? Anyone like the iFrogs cases. I had the InCase Slider for my old one and aside from it cracking after years of use it did a decent job. Any suggestions are welcomed. :D

Belkin Grip Vue tint clear is great, it makes the back look like aluminum back like iPad, and it still has the whole iPod body feeling like it doesn't have a case on. But the case makes it harder to put it on charging mode when plugged to the dock.

I was looking at the Belkin Grip Vue and they do look pretty nice. I did read a few negative things about the clear case not looking as good as it does in pictures so I think I'll have to see one in a video or in person before I decide. :D

Switcheasy Rebel Touch

Anyone get the 4th gen Switcheasy Rebel Touch? They changed the design to be like the iPhone rebel. I am leaning toward this one because I love my 2g case of the same name.

Ipod touch 4g cases comparison

Hey everyone, I'm about to get an IPT4 this month and I'm already deciding which case to get so my iPod will be protected. My sister had a Capdase on hers and when she accidentally dropped her IPT4 (about 1-2 feet), the screen actually cracked so I'm ruling that one out.

I'm looking into Switcheasy Colors, Belkin Grip Graphix, and Speck PixelSkin HD or Belkin Verve Folio (last choice). I want a silicone case, not a hardshell case. Can anyone help me out? These are the things that I'm looking for in a case:

1. Grippy - doesn't easily slide off my hand
2. Shock absorber - in case my iPod accidentally falls
3. Doesn't get loose easily or if at all
4. Nice design, slightly feminine
5. Affordable

I'd really appreciate it if you can help me out with the three cases I mentioned or suggest any other cases that fits my criteria. Thanks everyone!

The case I ended up getting for my 4th Gen was a MiniSuit TPU case from Amazon. My two main reasons for getting it was out of all the reviews on Amazon at the time I ordered every review gave it 5 out of 5 stars and also because it was cheap so if I didn't care for it I wasn't out a lot of money (I think I only paid $15 total and that was including shipping to Canada).

After using it for almost 2 months I love it. It fits like a glove, has a great feel to it making it easy to grip but not sticky to attract dust or lint (also easy to get in and out of pocket), great color with nice design, and it covers the buttons but they are still easy to use.

There are two negative reviews now but one is complaining the case scratched the back of his device but it was just because there was dirt inside the case which can happen with any case, the second 1 star review is a complaint that they never received their cloth to clean the screen... I didn't get it either but MiniSuit sent a note apologizing because it was out of stock but said if I really wanted one they would send it out once inventory was available. Great customer service if you ask me.... plus I received it in only 5 days.

I finally found my dream case. It is by "Hard Candy." It is called the "Street Skin" case. It fits like a glove and it doesn't need to be taken off to connect to a dock. I love how it's not bulky, either. I LOVE LOVE the sleek look of it! They have them in clear and black too! :D

Wow.. love the style of it.. any colors available for it?:)

I'm loving my SwitchEasy color case and have not had a problem with it stretching like some users stated.

I also ordered a Quattro3 case from IvySkin and although it says they were shipping on the 16th, I emailed them and they pushed the ship date back to someone next week and they charged my card :(
