Keyboard flick is available on all compatible iPad models except iPad Pro (12.9-inch).
so this is the only diff i think

I think RAM will still be 4gb on the 12.9". On the whole, v2 is a decent upgrade. We will have to wait for the reviews on the battery life.

Still needs more optimization of apps to use the screen space effectively, but that will come.

But now the Pro 10.5 is on the same footing as the 12.9 in terms of USB speed. It remains to be seen on the RAM...don't be surprised if it is 3gb.

Think it will be 4 gb both sizes which will be good!

Previously CPU and GPU had roughly doubled in every 12 months. Now after 18 months we get 30% increase. That is not huge. Not to mention RAM which is most likely still 4gb when it should be 6gb.

As the person you quoted said, this isn't 2007-2013 when chip manufacturers were making leaps and bounds on manufacturing node technology. 30-40% year over year is fantastic, along with better power efficiency to boot.

Reminds me of an Android spec monkey from years ago. One still pops up every now and then apparently.

Todays CPU / GPU improvements are in power mangement.
You do not want hotspots, you need to duplicate components to distribute signsl travel across the chip.
Todays Performance improvements come from smarter chip design and redundancy.

On a small SoC with no active cooling you cannot expect the same improvements.
Instruction scheduling works better on larger chips.
Compared to any Intrl offering, Apples chips are tiny and therefore less „smart“.
That does not mean I admire their achievements.
