I have changed the title as we have stopped using this.
We discovered that in many cases only the first part of the message has been received.
An Example
My wife sent
I'm home now but I have to pop round (name of friend) for a few hours as she wants me to help etc etc
I received
I'm home now
When I got home I was a little bemused as to where she was and it took me about 10 minutes to work it out.
So we have stopped using it as only part of the message being received is worse than not receiving it at all. My wife thought she had sent the message and I thought I'd received it.
So I contacted the developer with screen shots of two instances like this (not this actual one) and they said they will investigate
So back to the 15 c apple SMS which compared to all these surprisingly dissapointing efforts is a joy to use.
This one is horrible to set up- I have only changed my wifes contact number but I would have to manually edit every number in my contacts if I were to use it for more than one person. It's also a pig to follow the conversation. All the senders and receivers messages are listed consecutively. So one side is all mine and teh other all my wifes- Its not alternating like apples sms app.
I could tolerate this if it worked but as it doesn't the good will has gone.
