iPhone 15 Pro Max Is anyone still seeing in store availability for 15 pro max on Apple's website?

Just got home with mine, starting the process of transferring my 11 Pro to the 15 Pro Max ! I went in maybe 15 minutes earlier and they got me right in and since I didn't turn in my old one it was a very fast process. Longest part was the poor dude messing up my first screen protector xD
I’m in the Dallas Fort Worth area and have been trying regularly all day- not any color or config of I15PM available for pickup in any store within 50 miles. Only standard I15s
Blue and black titaniums seem plentiful in my area. They are still available for pickup tomorrow.
Do we have to buy a new wall charger for the 15 pro max since it’s USB-C or can we use the same one we used for the 14 pro max?
I just picked up mines from the Knox location. They still have some available for walk-in, even though it does not show up for online pickup. I assume there is different inventory for pre-orders, online day-of pickup and walk-ins. Don't know which models, capacities and colors they have available, though, didn't ask.
So I woke up at 6 AM, managed to schedule a pickup for a 15 Pro Max in Blue in a slightly less convenient store than I'm used to, went back to sleep.
Then I wake up and Apple has a deliver in two hours option for the same model? Crazy.
So I just cancel (my third cancellation, lol) and apparently it's going to come straight to me in the next 2-3 hours.

Wow- been watching all these locations all day long and not a single I15PM in any color or memory size showed available for pickup.

Here are some tips for purchasing through Apple:
- Use the Apple Store app to buy your phone; it provides accurate inventory estimates and ensures a quick checkout.
- Once you have the QR-Code, you can pick up your phone anytime; the pick-up time is mainly to manage crowds and lines.
- If your desired phone is out of stock, check the app the next morning, as new inventory is typically updated then.
i saw 2 lineups just 20 mins ago at my local mall. one for pickup and one reservation or whatever. at leat 20+ i saw at least more people getting their brand new toys in the store and already paying holy. and people feeling out the phone. i felt both sizes the plus and the pro max and it feels so nice in the hands not as heavy and very very light. hard to text with one hand because my hand is small. but maybe i will get used to it. but extra battery life and the big screen surely helps.
It seems the natural Ti is in shorter supply. I preordered mine when the preorders started and it immediately had a date of early October, but luckily it got bumped up and I got it today.
It got incredibly worse. I was at that store twice (still no iPhone). They are really really enforcing the pickup window rules.

Dang I saw that you were able to pick it up earlier nice!
My date/time hasn't changed so I called an Apple rep and they told me that I could not pick it up earlier and that if I tried then their system wouldn't allow me to process my order.
Cancelled my blue order as the photos I have seen look too dark. The darkest iPhone I have had since the iPhone 3GS was the midnight green, which was actually green instead of black. The dark colors for both 14 and 15 pro models are a bit too dark for me. I will try again tomorrow to preorder natural.
i was able to get a pickup time slot for tomorrow (23Sep) at 4pm. Since it's the second day, are they strict with time? I want to get there at noon
Picked up my 15Pm natural 2 hours ago. I saw blue. I did not like. That was my 2nd option. I’m highly content with natural.

3) Go all crazy and order a yellow or blue 15
