Most people aren’t willing to wake up at the butt crack of dawn and put themselves though this like we are lol

At this point it’s looking more and more likely that waiting in line may be the only thing available since release date.

We shall see. I don’t think it will but happy to be wrong. Everyone deserves a chance to snag one, but I would split the difference and be in the walk in line before 6 and keep refreshing.

If you aren’t waiting in line and refreshing in the app, you probably aren’t gonna secure one.

Based on data from InventoryWatch's backend, no stores in the US have updated their inventory or in-store pickup availability just yet. Definitely a bit later in the day than stores in Europe, which were updated around 5-6am local time.

I just walked to the Downtown Brooklyn Apple Store. Short line, they reserved my 15PM Natural for 5PM. Easy peasy. Maybe they really are allocating walk-ins first for people in line before web orders go live
