Is apple fixing display issues on ipad or just exchange ipad to a new one?

I have a white dot/stuck pixel in the corner of my iPad Air 3 gen display and uneven backlight. Will apple give me a new ipad or just fix it by replacing the display? What they usually do if there are issues like that ?

I had an iPad that developed a line of dead pixels while still under warranty. They just gave me a replacement in store and I suspect it would be the same for your issue.
