Amex extended warranty

One way of getting an extended warranty without paying for AppleCare is with Amex. If you buy your iPhone (or just about anything else) with an American Express card, the warranty period is doubled up to another year.

Just to be clear, this is NOT AppleCare. The warranty is through American Express, but it seems to be decent way of getting the extra protection.

I've bought most of my electronics purchases this way. However, I can't vouch for the quality or ease of service, as I've never had to make a claim.

i had it but returned it. im glad i returned it because i didnt need it. Just take care of your phone and itll be fine
