Never said that people would care. Just that they get the results that they get when they end up using something which they don't know how it will perform and assume that it will work/perform like a full release or a GM, when we all know that the beta are susceptible to bugs, crashes, or worse.
and not everyone here cares about using a beta. A big concern of everyone here should be if the next production release will be jailbreakable, not the next beta. The betas can and will expire, leaving those without a dev account and using it out in the water, having to either downgrade or upgrade, depending on which one comes next.
My point is that some people who aren't used to or don't have a clue about how a programming cycle works (for example, agile) have no real right to complain about the problems they face when they accept their risks willy-nilly, and have no way to get out of what they got themselves into.
