This post sounds like someone trying really hard to justify purchasing the 8 instead of the X.

There's no shame in getting either device! If you think the 8 is the one you want, go for it.

I got the X the day it came out, and I haven't looked back. I love the device. The OLED display is amazing, FaceID is so integrated into everything and provides a more seamless authentication experience through apps/purchases/keychainaccess/etc than TouchID did, and the 'full' screen display are killer IMO.

I don't sit around opening a ton of apps, close them, re-open them, etc. I use the device every hour of every day, have no problems with performance, and just love it. (Cannot wait for the Plus version in September!).

So, get what you want; you'll likely be happy whichever way you go. Just don't worry about fiddly things like which one has which kind of RAM management (especially since, well, they're running the same software).
Nah man I had the x for like 3-4month then sold it ...got An 8+
so Its not like im trying to justify one over the other i already tested both and went for the 8+

and i never said the ram management on the x is Something that bothers Many people its not a problem Its just a Difference
it's noticable of you get into an app switch another, and then Re-open the first app after 20-30secs
it's gonna probably be reloaded on the x while It wont Do such thing on the 8+
its just a small difference and its probably not noticable In all apps
as i previously said, it's a difference Worth mentioning

and nope I wouldnt have been happy if i went with the x
at this point to me Its a toy with lots of advanced technologies built into it

its a wierd looking phone with a small display that needs lots of work to me
(Im NOT saying its a bad Phone Im saying its a great idea but its not as refined as The plus models have gotten over the years and Its just natural... both phones are great phones But this thing(the x) needs some Serious refinements

thanks for your reply, always appreciate the response

What makes a ‘design’ future proof? I can understand performance specifications and technology somewhat, but I’m not following your design logic being future proof.

I was trying to say that I think the design of the X will age better than the 8 and previous series. Form factor is a selling point for a lot of people and whether we’d like to admit it or not, the iPhone in many cases can be seen as a fashion/status symbol.

Yeah i admit that it's used as a fashion product for many people
but I'm not among those
actually, im kinda against that
it just feels wierd
apple does something and then everyone is copying the notch and lots of people just want a phone with the nothcbwhether it be apple iphone 10 or sth else

Its just Meaningless to me...
functionality is what should matter

i dont think Buying a Device cause everyone thinks the design is so cool and new Is wise
Instead, We should buy phones according to our Daily usage

at last these are my personal opinion
and i definitly appreciate the response
