For me it's fixed. Haven't had a reload once since I updated to 13.2.2.

Edit: Nevermind just had my first reload. But it could be a one time thing.

Meanwhile a chromebook with 2GB ram can keep 10 tabs open without reloading

I have a couple tabs open. Usually close the tabs once I'm done.

EDIT: It's happening with 3 tabs open. So I guess it's not resolved yet.
It depends on what other apps you have open and what kind of pages you have loaded up in the tabs. They will all require different amounts of memory.

I’ve had no issues with Safari (or any other apps for that matter) reloading upon reopening. The only app that I’ve noticed that type of pattern with is Outlook, but I’ve experienced this with Outlook since iOS 12 so it’s to be expected.

I'm fairly familiar with the workings of multitasking in iOS. The pages were basic and a 11 Pro with a 4GB RAM should be able to keep it in the memory long enough. That being said it's still way better than it was in 13.2.

It’s fixed though if you use the camera your still likely going to find all your apps will reload afterwards, the camera just seems to use a lot of RAM.

I can deal with that. Camera does reload all the tabs even prior to iOS 13.1. I just can't deal with the tabs reloading every 5 minutes or whenever I step out of Safari.

Yeah that doesn’t happen anymore, it’s back to pre 13.2 behaviour.

Been playing for a couple of days now on an IPP 11.
It has improved however it still happens. I am wondering what Apple did as I am now getting random errors or launch fails on some 3rd party apps (Heckfire, Spectrum TV, FF9) that did not happen previously. If I clean out the Task Manager, all is good. Something I should not have to do. Have to see how this does over the next few days.

Still, for Safari tab reloads, 13.2.2 is an improvement.

Thanks for the update. I'm still unsure if I should update since Apple has stopped signing all versions of iOS 13.1. I think I will take the gamble of updating to 13.2.2.

Which version are you at now? What device?
I am curious the difference in iPadOS 13.1.3. It was very stable for iPad. But I couldn’t revert back to compare.

All apps still refresh after a while.... and I am talking after some minutes. Apple DID NOT FIXED A S....T!

iPhone XR user. Never had similar issues with ios12. I can’t even f use shortcuts app without leaving it while converting a yt video for example. I must wait till process is finished to exit the app for gods shake.
