iPhone Is the Safari reloads fixed in 13.2.2?

I updated from 13.1.2 to 13.2.2 earlier this afternoon. I just checked. I have maybe 10 pages open. Some seemed to not reload, some “flickered” and maybe reloaded, at least one went back to the sign-in page. I have not used the camera since update.

Which version are you at now? What device?
I am curious the difference in iPadOS 13.1.3. It was very stable for iPad. But I couldn’t revert back to compare.

I’m on 13.2.2 and apparently it fixed the Safari reloads but now there is a issue in updating or downloading existing/new apps respectively.
