iPhone Is there a jailbreak written for iOS 6.1.3?

What is the latest software I could get a jb for on the iPhone 4S?
 
There may be an untethered one. The latest jailbreak for the 4S is 6.1.2. But if you are not already running iOS 6.1.2, you cannot go to it, only 7.0.

Ok. If I go get a replacement (refurb) at an Apple store under Apple Care +, is there a good chance it will have 6.1.2 or not?

That kinda sucks. I was hoping to get a new one, as my screen is scratched and sleep button broken and my battery is weak.

Would the replacement have had a fresh and significantly better battery than my 2 yr old 4S?
 
The replacement would likely be a refurbished or re-manufactured unit. It's battery could be slightly used or new.

I just read a news article saying a jailbreak has been recently released for iOS 6.1.3 on the 4S. Any way you could verify if this is true?
