me, just rest it on the table next to my bed when charging. Don't see the point in a stand as I know I would use it for a few weeks then decide I can't be bothered!

OK, it may be weird but it "sleeps" in the bed with me!

I have an app on my iPhone which requires the phone be laying next to my pillow to track my sleep so the watch sleeps by "us"!! I don't have a night stand table so the long charger cable that came with the phone works we11. That way the watch also doesn't get scared at night sleeping alone!!;)

Yes I know I need help!! (Actually since I waited from April 10th and just got the SSSB a few days ago I'm not quick to be apart from it!!):D:apple:

I just have my charger laid out in front of my TV. I personally don't see a need for a stand or dock.

I'm still waiting on my watch, but I don't think I'll be buying one. Already spending enough on the watch as it is.. When it finally gets charged

Charging the way Apple insisted - with the charger and no additional accessories (charging watch on nightstand)

While I don't think a stand is necessary, I do not see anywhere that Apple insisted that people do not use a stand. I don't even see them recommending that people don't use a stand.

The charging puck is small and unobtrusive on its own sitting on my dresser.

The sport band lays flat for me (had the watch since launch and still no issues), and if the room is dark, the magnet seats itself perfectly with pretty much no effort.

I thought I would want a stand, but I really don't see it adding value and its one more thing to knock over in the dark as my wife is typically sleeping before myself.

My cat would inadvertently knock my watch off the stand when she jumps up there. I put some tacky stuff on the bottom of the charger and it just lays flat on my nightstand. No need for anything fancy.
