I will admit that after seeing this thread yesterday, I pulled up an all white image on my M1 MBA just to see if I saw any weird uniformity issues. Mine is about as perfect as it gets.
OP: My advice was genuine. I used to be like you. I have a lot of issues with anxiety, and stuff like this used to drive me nuts. I took a lot of my anxiety out on wanting all my Apple devices to be perfect to a level that no company would be able to live up to. Now, a dead/stuck pixel, a gouge in the glass, a dent in the casing, or a malfunction right out of the box? Those things I will return or exchange for. But now that I've gotten my anxiety taken care of, it's nice to no longer care about minor blemishes or imperfections. Find a way to do the same, and your life will be a lot more peaceful.
