thanks for the reply, I tried all kinds of disabling and uninstalling and port forwarding last night, still got the error every time.

this one is a lost cause for me, thanks for trying to help, sorry to the ones I pissed off in this thread.

well, it isn't my phone otherwise I wouldn't...and neither have I (seen a bricked iphone)

the owner is going to go back to VzN and see what they can do.
