Is this Mac Pro worth investing? Should i go Mac Pro?

E-bay seller who known any stuff for cheese grater tends to being overpriced because some fraction of user still in demands with 5,1 even in front of vintage door. Not mentioning current new firmware brings tons of benefit to 5,1 and sadly *** seller take advantage of that.

Yeah, these sellers think this is a classic car or something.

But I am happy Apple has been keeping up on the firmware updates; last year I pulled my 2009 Mac Pro out of storage, spent I think $200 on two X5690s, pulled an RX580 from another computer, and I find this computer to still be a very capable machine!

The Mac Pro 5.1 is viable for now... but it's getting long in tooth, as previously mentioned this article is a nice jump off point as it makes navigating MacRumors easier.
