Is Windows less reliable than Mac OS?

I wouldn’t wait until the last minute to return to Apple, especially if you’re having issues with it.

I will need to carry the AC adapter all the time because the battery cannot hold charge and I am not going to invest further on this machine.

The first thing I did this morning was to open the lid to use the Mac. As usual, symbols on touch bar showed up but the screen was blank. Never has this issue using Windows 10 for a bit over a year. Taking the MBP16 back to Apple even I can use it for one more month.
