Double-U, Oh, Oh, T.

I think my rev.c Powerbook 15'' just met his successor.

Edit: GMA950, damn you to hell!

Sorry kids- Graphics Intel GMA 950 graphics processor with 64MB of DDR2 SDRAM shared with main memory1

YAHOOOOOO!!!!!!

SWEET!

Wait.

Intel GMA 950 graphics processor with 64MB of DDR2 SDRAM shared with main memory1

MacBook offers up to 6 hours of battery life. (2.5 hours of DVD playback, 3.5 hours with wireless turned on.) Here’s how to squeeze out every last second of battery power when you need it.

Thanks to a 13.3-inch glossy widescreen

MacBook features a unique new keyboard design that sits flush against the bed for a sleeker, lower profile. Plus, you’ll find a firmer touch when typing. That ought to make your fingers happy.

It looks ok but the laptop line up is now "complete" with every option but the one I want!

I would actually cancel my 17" order if it would have had x1300.... i mean look the processor speed is almost the same at half the cost!!! Other than screen and graphic card there's virtually no difference....

Why is the black one £125 more, the only difference seems to be the 80GB Hard Drive over a 60GB one (which costs £40 to upgrade on the white one???)

Wow. MacRumors is slow in getting this on the front page. They need more writers. It's already on several Windows websites!:D

I love my Macbook Pro, but I'll tell ya what, the new Macbook has everything my Macbook Pro has, and is $600 cheaper (and thats with a faster core duo)!

Impressive release by Apple (except for the GMA950). Cool magnetic latch too!

better order a white one right now before the prices go up;)

that is a 100% positive from my side. i'm surprised by the 2.0GHz speeds. i expected them to be 1.6 and 1.8.

That's what I'm wondering. $200 difference in the US between the black and white models. The only thing extra is 20gb more hard drive space. Am I missing something, or is somebody smoking crack at Apple?

So who was it on here that said they were going to eat their hat or something similar if the new iBook was going to be called MacBook.

:)

Holy Crap onboard graphics!

Depressing is the word :(

Although as small powerful laptop, 2GHz processor and all, it will do it's job perfectly.

It seems there will be no replacement for the 12" powerbook, unless you consider that the onboard graphics card in the MB is better than the 5200FX.

I sure hope "glossy" doesn't equate to "mirror", I am not a fan of those displays. Other than that, I'm very tempted.
