Patent case filed on June 1, 2020 in the Missouri Eastern District Court
Plaintiff then tried to supplement by moving to admit “screenshots” (that show nothing). Court denied.
Plaintiff then filed a notice of appeal, despite being on notice that there is no good faith basis to do so.
I checked the 8th circuit court of appeals, but there’s nothing filed yet.
HOWEVER, he has appealed TWO other cases to the 8th circuit.
1) Against the IRS
2) against police for an arrest
The circumstances of the second case are very interesting. Not sure what happened in the first.
But some of these suits have impact. Apple removed Cover Flow from the finder in Mojave after paying $200M in a patent dispute. Apple Loses $208.5MM In Cover Flow Patent Infringement Suit
How is that suit anything at all like this one, which seeks a trillion dollars, and where the guy suing does not have a patent on anything?
