Plaintiff then filed a notice of appeal, despite being on notice that there is no good faith basis to do so. I checked the 8th circuit court of appeals, but there’s nothing filed yet. HOWEVER, he has appealed TWO other cases to the 8th circuit. 1) Against the IRS 2) against police for an arrest The circumstances of the second case are very interesting.
