Nice bezel

I love this design besides the home button and if it were a little thicker. I'd love to have that much screen space.

[e] And if it had the color scheme of the original iPhone...that'd be even sweeter.

I agree.

I don't much care how thin or thick the phone is. But I do want a bigger screen with minimal if any wasted real estate on the front of the phone.

I think something like the Zune's design but with a longer screen, and maybe the whole device being bigger and thicker would look solid, especially if Apple releases it in a few different colors, Black, White, Gold, Silver, Red.

I've seen this thing posted around these forums for a long time now and I still can't find what's so appealing about it. Am I the only one that thinks the home button looks incredibly cheap? It's also way too thin IMO. I know a lot of people like that, though.

As was mentioned earlier, the OS is the reason I buy the iPhone. Sure, I'd like it to look nice but I'll be getting the next one because of the OS and the the apps into which I've put my hard earned dollars.

You are not the only one. I also do feel the same way about the button on the bottom. Apple never would dare to pull such a stunt by putting a button like that on any of there devices. Imagine what that would look like even if it was to fall off, it looks like it curves around the edge of the phone so it is totally prone to easily getting damaged.
