^ I too do not have access to HTTYD. Well it is in the ITunes Store but not in my Videos.

I also do not have Hercules in my videos app. There is a newer Extended Cut on iTunes but that is not the copy that came with the Bluray.

I wonder if there is something new or different with HTTYD 1. HTTYD 2 still seems fine.

I know, call Apple. But heck this is a forum for Mac users. Trying to find a solution to issues or see if others experience a similar issue. I guess I'd say why follow a thread you don't like to some out there.

I hate Opera Mini. My bad.

I was reading through the post and waiting for the connection. Then I figured you tried to comment on one and got another thread.

PS. I don't care if the outside of a new phone changes or not.

if their not there, then its not Apple's fault... licenses expire and some choose not to renew.. It clearly states in iTunes terms of service..

If Apple kept "purchased" movies/tv shows regardless, they'd be in trouble..

"Some iTunes Eligible Content that you previously acquired may not be available for subsequent download at any given time, and Apple shall have no liability to you in such event."

Check the iTunes Store... if its on the store then its Apple... if not on the store either, then its studio.

You mean this one? Its on the U.S Store

Discussions about who's at fault are pretty pointless. Since the studios have no customer-facing support, Apple (or Vudu, or Amazon, ...) is the only place users can turn to.

Yeah, other providers have similar clauses in their ToS. But I think this is primarily to cover their asses. To my knowledge no content has ever been permanently removed from the libraries of purchasers. If that happened on a regular basis, who would still purchase movies from these providers? I know I wouldn't.

Again you are wrongly pointing the finger at Apple but it is the studios that are removing the content, NOT Apple. Apple is required by law to honor the studio's removed request or face legal action. You need to address your frustration at the responsible party and not Apple since Apple has no choice in the matter.

If it were up to Apple ALL moves and TV shows would be available on iTunes all the time.

That's a garbage response.

The post you replied to complained that they were removing the movies from your purchase history. Apple could very easily leave them in the history so you could easily see what was lost. They could also notify you with an e-mail when you lose content. It's their choice not to.
